Scheiben

‘I find it hard to talk about a play I wrote, I have always felt that all that was to be said about this subject I already said, through the characters, in the play itself. Felii is a series of stories, an intersection of several destinies gravitating all around a man whose death begins the play. Felii (Slices), that means less than pieces and more than crumbs. You do not have to eat all the cake to figure out how it tastes. A slice is exactly what you need to whet your appetite, but not to fill you up. Slices of life, slices of love, slices of crisis, slices of sadness, hilarious slices, slices. And when the chameleon Ofelia Popii unleashes herself between so many slices, the performance can rightfully be called the Ofelii. Nor could this play of mine have a lucky destiny.’ Lia Bugnar

"Es ist schwer für mich, über ein Stück zu sprechen, das ich geschrieben habe, ich habe immer das Gefühl, dass ich alles, was es zu dem Thema zu sagen gibt, bereits gesagt habe, durch die Figuren, im Stück selbst. "Scheiben" ist eine Kette von Geschichten, eine Kreuzung von Schicksalen, die sich alle um einen Mann drehen, mit dessen Tod das Stück beginnt. Scheiben, das heißt, weniger als Stücke und mehr als Krümel. Sie müssen nicht den ganzen Kuchen essen, um herauszufinden, ob er gut ist. Eine Scheibe ist gerade genug, um den Appetit anzuregen, ohne satt zu werden. Scheiben des Lebens, Scheiben der Liebe, Scheiben der Krise, Scheiben der Traurigkeit, Scheiben der Heiterkeit, Scheiben. Und wenn das Chamäleon Ofelia Popii zwischen so vielen Scheiben entfesselt wird, kann die Vorstellung zu Recht nach ihr genannt werden. Mein Stück hätte kein glücklicheres Schicksal haben können."
