A show with four different stage versions, performed in Romanian, German, English and Hungarian.
One show: four different experiences.

Lola Blau, actress, woman, lover, sings about her life in a musical confession about meaning, fulfillment, and the tireless search for self.

Through a staging that exploits linguistic polyphony, actress Emőke Boldizsár speaks fluently all four languages in which the show is performed: Romanian, Hungarian, German, and English. — Lola Blau stops time, takes us by the hand, and gently, ironically, humorously, and painfully carries us through the portals of the self and the female ego: the woman who loves, the woman who leaves, the woman who hides, the woman who loses herself, the woman who dreams, the woman who reinvents herself, the woman who dares and never gives up on courage, hope, and especially the belief that beyond the present, which is often overwhelming and difficult to comprehend, there is always a time of rediscovery, love, tranquility, and peace.

Her emigration, from one country to another, from one culture to another, from one identity to another, is our emigration. Her fear of the unknown is our fear. Her loneliness is our loneliness. Her insecurities hurt us in the same way. Her compromises are transgenerational. Her ambitions meet the same obstacles, the same barriers that we have faced. Her dreams, sometimes so fragile, are our dreams, written in a symphony of relentless hope." - Dumitru Acriș.
