The “Radu Stanca” National Theatre Sibiu (TNRS) will participate in the 11th edition of the European Performing Arts Festival “Reunion of Romanian National Theatres” in Chișinău with “Beyond Oblivion”, written and directed by Cosmin Stănilă, and “Long Day’s Journey into Night”, by Roman Doljanski after Eugene O’Neill, directed by Timofei Kuliabin.

Taking place from 9 to 21 September under the theme “We Are What We Love…”, the festival brings together 19 theatres from 14 cities in Romania, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. For the sixth consecutive year, the event enjoys the High Presidential Patronage of Maia Sandu, President of the Republic of Moldova, and Nicușor Dan, President of Romania.

Audiences will first meet the TNRS company on Wednesday, 16 September, at 5:00 p.m., when “Beyond Oblivion” will be performed in the Studio Hall of the “Mihai Eminescu” National Theatre in Chișinău. The performance runs for one hour and 15 minutes and is not recommended for audiences under 14.

“Long Day’s Journey into Night” will be performed on Thursday, 17 September, at 7:30 p.m., in the Main Hall of the “Mihai Eminescu” National Theatre. The performance runs for two hours and is not recommended for audiences under 16.
