Digital Stage - The subscription covers all the performances

In February, the Digital Stage, the online platform of the Sibiu Radu Stanca National Theatre (TNRS), launched a new formula, which allows subscribers to watch all available performances, exceptional productions of TNRS and the Sibiu International Theatre Festival.
The monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions include all 60 shows available, plus two premieres per month. Theatre, film, dance and music lovers can choose the 12 month subscription at the price of a 6-month subscription, namely 299 lei, and the 3-month subscription at the price of a 2-month subscription, namely 89 lei. The monthly subscription is 49 lei/month. Spectators can also choose to get an individual ticket, which allows them to watch a particular performance, at the price of 30 lei. Within the period of validity of the subscription, spectators can watch the performances at any time, anywhere and as many times as they want. The individual ticket is available for four hours after the spectators activate it and choose the time interval when they want to watch the performance.

The Premieres of February

As usual, February brings two premieres on the Digital Scene. The performance Happy holidays, based on Neil LaBute’s texts, directed by Cristian Juncu, with Adrian Matioc, Ofelia Popii, Cendana Trifan and Marius Turdeanu, is constructed on three short scripts which are mighty from a thematic point of view, as they employ the emotions which the Greeks brought on stage, and which tackle the concept of fidelity, each in its own way.

The Maids, by Jean Genet, directed by Hunor Horvath, with Yannick Becker, Benedikt Haefner, Daniel Bucher and Ana Tiepac, explore the boundaries between love and hate in a structurally unjust world. The performance is available in German, with Romanian subtitles.
All performances on the Digital Stage also offer English subtitles.
