Annabel Chester barely gets off the plane that the former nurse Alice Moody lurks. One hundred thousand pounds, otherwise Alice will denounce Miriam Chester for killing her own father.
A shock follows the other, Annabel has just got well after her last stroke, and is tangled in an absurd criminal story. But all this does not stop here, paranormal phenomena take place on the tennis court behind the house, and her younger sister, Miriam, is not only helpful.
Snake in the Grass is a story full of intrigue, secrets and surprises. Author Alan Ayckbourn sketches three unusual women, brought to life by Johanna Adam, Emőke Boldizsár, and Anca Cipariu.
